Monday – Friday: 8am to 4:30pm with extended hours: 7am-8am (in-office) & 4:30pm-5pm (virtual)
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
We offer same day appointments and work very hard to accommodate the busy schedules of our patients. If you are sick please call our office before heading to the local urgent care or minute clinic. It is rare that we cannot accommodate you.
We have extended hours every Monday through Friday from 7 am to 8 am for in-office visits, as well as, 4:30 pm to 5 pm for virtual visits. If you would prefer to be seen early or late, please call our office and we will schedule you in one of our extended time slots.
There are times when you need to seek medical advice after normal business hours. Examples of such times would be if you are sick, if you are unsure of whether or not to go to the Emergency Department, if you need medical advice that cannot wait until the office opens. We feel that it is important for you to be able to get in touch with a physician that has access to your medical record and who is affiliated with our medical practice. If you need assistance after normal business hours, call our main number at 828-258-1188 and follow the prompts to be connected to the “on call” physician. You will be connected to the physician that is on call for our office. This will be one of our physicians and that physician will have access to your medical record. You will not be connected to a call center with an unfamiliar physician. This service is not for routine items such as appointments, prescription refills or anything that could otherwise wait for the next business day.
